Minds-N-Renewal Counseling Link will be hosting a two-part group therapy series on caregiver burnout. The 1st session in the series focuses on challenges of caregivers & how to equip them with needed coping strategies. If you are an informal caregiver (spouse/family member/guardian/foster parent, etc.) or paid helping professional (Nurse/EMT/fireman/home aide/sitter) this group was designed with you in mind. with you in mind.
